Q. Can I purchase a dress directly from Scarlett?
Scarlett do not sell directly to the public. We recommend you contact your closest authorised stockist by using our stockist page. They will be able to assist you with any purchasing queries regarding Scarlett gowns.

Q. What price are your gowns?
Prices are set by individual stores. Please use our stockist page to contact the store closest to you. They will be able to help with your individual price query.

Q. I can't find a stockist close to me.
Please email us with your address and postcode details and we will send you details of your closest stockist. Since we are taking on new stockists all the time, we may have one in your area not yet listed.

Q. What sizes do your dresses come in?
Depending on the style, we have gowns available in sizes UK 4 through to 24. Not every gown is available in the full size range. Our collection pages give details on the colour and size range each gown comes in. We suggest visiting your local Scarlett retailer to be correctly fitted and to discuss options.

Q Do you have a printed catalogue?
Our online catalogue is easy to use and gives detailed views of the gowns. Unfortunately we do not send out printed catalogues, although your local stockist may have printed images to view.

Q. Do the gowns come in any other colours?
YES. Most of our gowns come in more than one colour. Gowns are generally only photographed in one colour so please see the individual gown information page for details of alternative colours available.

Q. How long are your dresses?
Our full length gowns are generally cut 59" - 61" hollow to hem, which fits someone 5ft 7 to 5ft 10 tall. If you are shorter than 5ft 7" tall you will likely need a length alteration - many of our stockists have an in-house alterations service, or can recommend an alteration service for you.
